通过BBB维权途径：Groupon 退款申诉维权经验分享

之前推出的 Groupon高朋商城出售的iPhone 6 Plus 因为供货商的问题，导致无法发货，而退款也迟迟不到，参考了买买买们的意见，并学习了《通过BBB美国商业促进会获得的维权：海淘成功退款经历》的经验，就走上了维权退款的道路，在此把海淘维权经验分享出来给更多人知悉。BBB维权详细步骤：BBB网址在此。除了一个YES一个NO，中间选第三项，才有GP公司在下一步选择。选这个!才是正式groupon公司，总部。弹出小窗，继续。写你的姓名，我填和转运地址一样的，两个打马赛克的红框里写自己的联系EMAIL，一定要写!用来收情况邮件。这里选第二项，600W chicageo投诉的问题类型，我选的是发货问题，产品延迟发货。具体投诉内容，我贴我的出来，给大家参考：I bought the iphone 6 plus on the groupon，at Apr 06, 2015 at 02:56 PM(.groupon.com/deals/gs-apple-iphone-6-plus-unlocked-gold-128-gb)Order.1000-你的订单号The merchant has not shipped the item for 11 days after I purchased.During the 11 days, I try to contact the groupon support(support@groupon.com),and they told me that this Groupon Goods item is sold by a 3rd party merchant(alcsoares@live.com),In this case, if you want any further information, you should contact the 3rd party seller themselves.But I have contact 3rd party seller for about thousand times and I just got no reply!Notwithstanding all that, the groupon's solution was contacting the merchant which is impossible because the merchant didn't reply my email at all.这里选择你期待怎样，是退款，还是发货，我选择退款，内容写退款或给个发货时间;下面一眼就看出来了，是选你的年龄，性别，人种，收入，学历，越往后越高(级)。选好之后，Submit.完成。——列出你这个投诉案的具体各项内容，可以自己复制保存一下。之后投诉被接受了的话，你前面填的邮箱就会收到信。可以随时关注一下进度。这是比较可行的一个方法，如果有收到权益侵害的买买买们可以参考此方法，不仅适用于本次高朋商城的维权，在海淘的路上都不妨给自己多累计一些经验，如果不幸有需要用上，那么这就是维权比较有效的途径。
